I loved how beautiful the hotels was! However, a few pieces of hardware in the room were not working properly. The shower head didn’t appear screwed in correctly as water was spraying from the top. The nightstand lights were not working, even after turning all switches. We paid for valet as we rented an electric vehicle, and we sadly were not told that charging was not included, but an ADDITIONAL cost, it would be great if the charge was included. We tried to go to the carousel bar, and it was not easily explained how to ge there and didn’t end up using any of the amenities or bars/restaurants they have. Staff was pleasant, but there were several times where staff would rather talk to their peers and not connect with the person checking in. (Not me personally, but saw it several times with others)

The continental breakfast that we had to pay for was extremely minimal and dissatisfying. The hotel did not honor the refund request when we did not consume the breakfast despite requests from Expedia. Unfortunate. Rooms were clean.

It’s clean, convenient, comfortable, great location for events, rooms are a little small, but they serve their purpose and you have what you need. I would stay again for business trips.

Very welcoming staff and they were very quick and thorough. The hotel Offered a lot of great complementary services which was a plus. Plus the views of the city were amazing! The bad was that the rooms are a bit small. I asked front desk personnel multiple times for towels and toilet paper and they fail to deliver everytime. By the end of my stay i had no toilet paper or towels.
