An April 2022 newly remodeled 2nd floor 650 sq.ft. furnished apartment situated above garages in a1940's Southern California family-owned style 4-plex. A private secured entrance with your own parking space. Fully stocked kitchen, 55 inch smart tv, and 1 GB internet speed. Courtesy housekeeping from between 1 to 2 weeks. Must love dogs!

Lovely apartment

I had a wonderful time at Denise’s property. The property was clean and I felt very safe. Denise was a very kind and considerate landlady, who went above and beyond in every way. Her dogs are very sweet but you do have to be comfortable around dogs to stay here. The apartment was furnished as shown and had all the necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. Having an available parking spot and laundry was super convenient! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Pleasant Stay and Wonderful Host

Am a college student that I came down to Long Beach for an internship. This place was nice, pleasant and affordable that has all of your basic needs. From a dishwasher, plates and utensils, coffee maker, oven toaster, and for a small fee you can wash/ dry on site. Denise also provides detergent, softener, toilet paper, and paper towels, so no need to purchase some. Another great feature of the place is that it has a weekly house cleaning service that is included with the rental. Denise has three big friendly dogs, so you must love dogs. If you are a person that like to be out and about the beach is less than 15 minutes away. Along with other many great attractions and foods that are in downtown. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in Long Beach. And Denise is an outstanding and easy person to talk to.

Amazing Little Place!

This is a little gem! Denise is super nice and friendly. The place is very clean, renovated and super well equipped. Dogs are super friendly but you have to like dogs, they will greet you everyday!
