Great spot with an amazing view!

Came to LA for a music festival and booked on a whim. If you’re looking for a spot in the middle of DTLA, this place is perfect. Garage parking for one car was easily accessible (plus gated paid parking right next to building). Lobby was easy to access and there many food spots & bars walking distance. Lots of homeless outside but that’s to be expected. Overall the place was clean and modern. One thing that surprised me was the VIEW. You get a great backdrop of the skyline. Highly recommend.

Downtown Gem

This 2 Bedroom Downtown L.A. apartment far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, spacious, updated, and well equipped. Having underground parking included was a huge plus for us, as it was a convenient and safe place to park our car with the ability to go in and out as much as needed without the concern of finding a spot when you returned. The view is beautiful and grand since you're able to see several blocks around because of the park across the street rather than having another building block your windows. The view from the rooftop pool/hot tub are not to be missed. The location was great for our needs and though we didn't use it, the apartment is steps away from the subway and bus stops. The building was secure, staffed, and check-in/out was smooth. We had no issues during our stay.Other than the downtown street noise making it's way up to the apartment (something I'm guessing is unavoidable in L.A.) this apartment was a great find and added to the enjoyment and comfort of our vacation!
