It looks like a nice place until you realize there is NO microwave in the room—they clearly want guests to buy their food, which costs $24. Breakfast is NOT free.
The front desk attitude was very bad, especially one young Indian male staff member. At 4:30 a.m., I went to the front desk and explained that the bed was hurting my back. As a Gold card member, I asked if it was possible to upgrade to a room with a bigger bed. He simply said all the beds were the same, without any effort to help.
I then asked for a crib for my baby and waited on the chair. He never called me. I had to go back to the desk myself, and it felt like he completely forgot about my request. He was unhelpful and inattentive.
I thought the crib would be delivered the next day, but it never happened. Eventually, I asked another staff member, and she helped us immediately.
Overall, this was a very, very terrible experience, mainly due to poor service and lack of care from the front desk.
