Wasn't sure what to expect because the place was hidden in an alley. Was surprised to find how beautiful the room was! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and was a short walking distance from the beach. Definitely a hidden gem!

The hotel is a bland looking old hotel, but the rooms are really nice. Everything was clean and looked fresh. Definitely a sleeper of a hotel. Parking in back is tiny and you have to park on the street.

Loved being right next to beach - literally around the corner! It was clean, small, and the staff very friendly. Limited parking, but we always found a place. Chose this for the price, and location to beach. We were using it as a sleeping spot only. Not a “hang out” kind of hotel.

Overall everything was okay, but the bathroom shower head was broken and the water pressure was so harsh that it actually hurt when hitting the skin. The bathroom glass door also leaked water everywhere even when the door was properly closed. I hope these maintenance issues can be fixed because they affected the overall stay experience.

I’m not sure why the yelp and Google ratings were so high. I thought it was a good deal for the price and the inside of the room looked good but the AC unit had a funky smell and the shower pressure was like literally just drip drip drip, and there was a light in the bathroom that wouldn’t turn off, but besides that it was great.
