We had a lot of issues with using the parking garage and getting access to the unit and the pool/gym. There were no keys to the apartment so we couldn't lock the doors or access common areas. The keys were supposed to be in a lockbox but apparently were taken by other guests. We were then sent an app to use to open the front lobby and the elevator. Unfortunately, the app didn't open the gym or pool, two areas we wanted and why we booked the apartment. The unit was also supposed to come with one blowdryer in each of the three bathrooms, there weren't any. The host did send over two the following day. The unit itself was great for our group but the access issue caused days of back and forth texts with the host and what I assume was a local property manager. We are currently awaiting a resolution on the final fees, hoping they agree that the daily inconvenience to us warrants a refund of some sort. I truly believe most women would not have left their belongings in an unlocked unit in LA. We were beyond patient with the host and hoping they rectify the situation. If all the glitches with access, parking and safety were resolved immediately or with a visit from someone to make it right, it would have been a great stay.
