The check was not good at all. When booked and through out the process it states we would get check in information 2 days before arriving. I kept checking and messaging host and just after 2pm when at LAX , i again had to message host for check in imformation. This is 2 hours before actual check in. Nerve racking experience! Had 1 window unti in living room thatbwoeked well. 1 in master bedroom that never got below 82 degrees. Shockling not a window unti in the 2nd bedroom at all. Low 90's the entire time we were there and we slept with a sheet the entire time. We also had to go invest in 2 box fans that we had to leave there. Investment rentals should have working window units in all the rooms. They are less than $200 a unit at walmart. Still cant believe the rooms were so hot. Master bedroom light all around door where anythi g could easly access house bug wise. Opened up a cabinet and seen a box for bed bugs. That doesnt not make sleeping on the beds comfortable at all. This was our first time using VRBO and was not happy with listing or check in. Also the pull out couch has a big pee stain on matress. Top of fridge hasnt been wiped down in months. Bedroom door wont close and stay latched , so absolutely no privacy at all. Was very disappointed in the house. Internet was absolutely terrible and never stayed connected. TV's would stop. Luckliy we brought our own verizon broadband box and used it. Lacked cooking pans, so had to go buy disposable ones just to cook

Nice clean house. Used it for about 20 hours before our Royal Caribbean cruise. Port was about 20 minutes away. House is in a great location next to Mexican food, Mini market and coffee donut shop, nice and quiet neighborhood

Amazing support from the host.
We had an issue where our vehicle was accidentally blocking a neighbor's driveway while we were stuck away at an event. Julio was able to work out a solution to carefully move the vehicle instead of having it towed, which saved us a lot of inconvenience. The place was very comfortable and easy to stay in!

Bad luck for us.
Property was fine, but we still didn't know how to get into the house when we arrived. A neighbor let us in and then we finally got the code. Right next door, the neighbors had a VERY loud party that went until midnight. The music was so loud that it shook the house. This was just our bad luck, but it made for a rough start to our trip. Next time, we will book a hotel to be safe.

Great property looks just like pics. Bunk beds are actually bigger then the pic looks. Only problem is parking is terrible. Best to have one car only.

Great place to stay
First of all, Cesar was amazing. He was on top of things whenever I needed to communicate. This lil house was absolutely amazing aside from the parking. Parking...ehh, I made it happen. A binder with the house rules was provided right there as well as the wi-fi password. I would gladly stay here again. We were blessed to find this lil house. Thank you.

The pictures of the interior were spot on and the location was excellent. We were near everything. I have to admit that the parking and the exterior of the rental was a challenge, but any issues that arose were quickly handled and the staff was nice and professional.

The location was very convenient. The house was cute. The only problem we had was that there was not enough washcloths for everyone. We had called the manager and they ran over one washcloth and two hand towels which was still not enough for six guests. Parking for a full-size SUV was a little tricky. Other than that everything was perfect.

We loved our 2 day stay at this property. Tons of great things about this property. Close to the Long Beach Convention Center (where we were attending a convention) and The Pike... just a 10 minute drive away. The cottage itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. Good eating options within walking distance. The surrounding houses are really close to each other, so there were times that the neighbors were pretty loud and we could hear them from all over the house. Nothing bad though. There's a parking space for 1 car in the driveway but its for 1 car only. Parking on the street is hard to get, almost impossible. We didn't have a issue with it since we only had 1 vehicle but it could be a potential problem for a group/family that needs an extra car space. Overall, this cottage is fantastic and exceeded our expectations.

Great location
Nice place with 1.5 baths. Clean and a bit rough but we are not picky. Temps were in the 40s at night so extra electric heaters were essential. Off street parking is best for a mid size or smaller car and a little tricky to get in/out. Host was responsive. I’d stay again.

Its a great house in a great location. Its very well kept, is spacious for 2 bedrooms and had little amenities, like coffee and soap that is always helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very polite. Will stay here again mext time im in town.
