「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」

「Staying on the Queen Mary is so cool! This historical, iconic ship that is also a hotel and museum is a must see! As well as providing soft, comfy beds and clean, cute rooms this property is a walk back in time. I loved it and I will be back for sure!」
