“This loft was amazing - clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, it wasn’t too far from all the sightseeing places we wanted to visit. The parking spot was a great perk. Alina was an excellent host, very responsive and had detailed instructions so our check-in and stay were very smooth. Highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again if we visit LA again.”

“So clean inside! The living room was comfortable. We parked at Joes parking lot and was 40 for overnight. The outside downtown area is usually busy but the inside of the building felt safe. Was able to access the rooftop easily. Had an overall nice stay.”

“We had a terrible experience. The listing of the place is not what it looks like when we got there. The kitchen light didn't work. Bathroom light is not well lit. Place is dark. Not a good location. Paid for three nights, stayed only one night.”

“Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a month. The place itself is very clean and nice. Very well furnished. What we did not enjoy were the surrounding areas around the apartment complex. The apartment is only a few blocks from skid row (about a 2 minute drive). From the parking to the apartment complex, you have to pass through a bus stop and a metro entrance. Nearly every time we passed through this area we were harassed by a homeless man who stays there. We were consistently asked if we wanted……

“This apartment had everything you could wish for—including a fabulous view, very comfy sofa and bed, and a well-appointed kitchen. The building it is located in is just stunning, with a very modern gym, heated pool and jacuzzi, and a game room. Hands down, on the many places I've stayed in LA this was the best. Joanna was super helpful and patient with us when we arrived late and let us store our bags on the last day. I couldn't recommend this more!”
