Conveniently located on the Marina at the tip of the Baja where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. We are steps from the Marina/Ocean have all the conveniences of shopping, great restaurants, bars, and nightlife, such as Cabo Wabo Cantina, El Squid Roe, Giggling Marlin and many others, as downtown Cabo is right outside your front door. Just a 5 minutes water taxi to Medano Beach, the only Swimming Beach in all of Cabo San Lucas!

Full Marina views, The Luxury Suite Sleeps 8: A guest, asked me why I didn’t tell everyone how perfect this location is, as it really is next to everything. So I guess I need to tell you, it is!! You are in the *Heart of Cabo San Lucas*, and no car is needed. if you do get a car we even have a free garage with remote. How much better can it get! .

The unit was spacious, however, there were blankets falling out of a large cabinet in living room , soap bars provided were the 1970 style soap. the unit is good as long as the people going there know that they need to bring everything with them.

A great location in Cabo
I normally don't comment but I felt the need. We had 2 couples initially stay, with a third couple coming in for 3 of 7 nights. Property is as pictured, except gym is very run down, almost unusable. Part of the reason we chose the condo. Instead we walked. The condo was set up for 2 couples, but not for 3. 4 outside chairs on patio, 5 at table. When I asked front desk for more TP, and bags for garbage, I was told this was my own problem. This property advertises its for 6 to 8, I believe. HVAC was awesome, but WIFI was poor. If you sat on patio ... WIFI gone. All in all a good vacation. Again location to Marina was excellent.

Location, Location, Location - Perfect place to stay for fishing and night life.
I didn't see any other place that had this location. Right on the marina, 3 blocks from the Gigling Marlin, Cabo Wabo, great food and places just to hang out. The place was very clean good working AC (Though we just made use of the many many fans located everywhere in the unit) The underground parking was really nice, allowed us to rent a car for the trips out to golf and Costco, and walk everywhere else. (I don't like to walk, so for me to say walk everywhere means it is so easy it catching a cab is too much work...)

Perfect condo in ideal location
This condo was a perfect choice for a Cabo vacation with family. The location in the marina was ideal - close to small markets for ice, water, and adult beverages. Restaurants, bars, shopping, tours - everything we needed was literally right out our front door. The condo was very clean and supplied everything necessary to enjoy July in Cabo, including beach towels and Air Conditioning!!!! You can't underestimate the need for good air conditioning in Cabo in July. The owners were extremely easy to work with and supplied all the information we needed to have a superb vacation. We will definitely stay there next time we visit Cabo.
