Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourself in this condo. Location is fantastic and a close walk to the beach and the marina. Amenities at the resort are great and the host was welcoming. This was my first trip to Cabo, but it won't be my last!

Staff is outstanding. Apartment was perfect for six people and fully equipped. There is a restaurant/bar on premesis with good food and outstanding staff and margaritas. Short walk to the beach.

Great week of vacation. The unit has everything you need for the week. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Walmart is right across the street. The Market in the lobby is great and has bags of ice.

The property looks exactly like the pictures. It's beautiful and was clean. Rosa and Ivan helped with the check-in process and it was very smooth. Location is amazing! Walking distance from the beach, the marina and nightlife. It was very quite inside, and it has everything you need if you want to cook there. We will recommend it to our friends and family and hopefully can come back!

Great space, excellent amenities! The suite/condo was equipped with everything you could want for your vacation. It was perfectly located within an easy walk to downtown, stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place if you do not want to rent a car and want to be near downtown and have a large group.

Bachelorette Trip

Our trip was fantastic and this condo was a massive part of it! Clint and the staff were accommodating, responsive, and super helpful assisting with multiple aspects of our trip (transportation, groceries, etc). It is in the perfect location and steps from downtown. The condo itself was clean and fit our group of 10 perfectly. I would come back and stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great place and location!!

This place was in the heart of it all so it was so easy to walk everywhere. It was large and spacious and every room had its own bathroom, which is nice when in a large group. Great amenities and nice decor. Would absolutely stay here again!

Boys Trip

We had an absolute blast staying here. Big group of guys all met up for golfing, fishing, bar hopping and beaching it. Location is great easily walkable area to downtown, the beach, marina. Etc. The crib was perfect for us and we had a great time staying will definitely be coming again! Booking and communication was easy with everyone during our stay. Couldn’t have been a better time! Cheers

Wonderful place to celebrate the holidays!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property over the Christmas holiday. We had a total of 3 families - and there was more than enough space for all of us. The location could not be beat - easy walk to the beach and the marina. And having a grocery store and Walmart only a block away was incredible! We would definitely look to book this property again in the future for a family get-together.

Amazing Family vacation

This place was great to spend with our family. The penthouse is top notch and we loved all of the suites for everyone plus the ability to have family meals. It was close to everything, we enjoyed daily sunrise walks on the beach, shopping, great restaurants and activities. We would have liked to known there was no elevator as we had a senior with us with limited mobility and that was a challenge.

Perfect location and stay

The place was just like the listing. Enjoyed everything they had. They also have a lot of kitchenware if you need it. Drinks at the bar are great. Each room has their own bathroom which is great for a big group. Lots of places to sit and location is prime! Everything is nearby. Would recommend.

Very detailed was covered. Rosa and Ivan were so helpful with any of our questions. Location was outstanding, quick walk to the beach, 5 minutes to downtown Cabo. We were a group of 7, a mix of couples and singles, and we all had our own room and our own bathroom. Excellent

Amazing long weekend at Marina Sol and Cabo

The Ultimate was fantastic. 6 bedrooms for the whole family, a great room with a fantastic kitchen, host area and gathering place, surrounded by the benefits of the Marina Sol, with a great restaurant/bar, pool and beautiful grounds. This, on top of being centrally located in walking distance to everything in Cabo. Clint, Ivan and team did an amazing job with their hospitality, and ensured that we had everything that we needed. Getaway with friends

Throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! We had a group of 10 adults (5 couples). Extremely nice to have our own rooms and bathrooms!! Staff were very friendly and helpful!! Spa was very nice! It is on the third floor so if you have issues walking up stairs, that may be something to consider. My only issue was with the whirlpool tub, when I went to use it, black particles came out of the jets and we couldn’t use it. The only complains the Guys had was the pool table wasn’t level and was in a cramped area. Other than those two things, our stay was great! Close to the beach. Right around the corner from the mall, wal mart. Several great places within walking distance. Roasted is a must, we eat there every time we are in Cabo! All in all, we would definitely stay in condo again!! Air conditioning works great! Has all the appliances you would have in your own home.

Party of 10

We had a party of 10 staying here with ages 9-70 yrs old. It is a very good central location as a result there is some night time noise. To be expected. Having said that, the noise comes from the street and not the folks staying in the resort. Most of the people that were there during our stay seemed to be a little older and as a result it was a peaceful stay. Clint was a great host and check in was seamless. There are some stairs that go up through a narrow spiral corridor going up to the suite and clint was more than happy to help us up with our luggage. Though the building is definitely older than most in the area, it is well kept and up dated. We had a few issues that were tended to very promptly. The pool is nice and clean with more than enough room for all the tenants that were in the resort at the time of our stay. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
