“The place has a lovely view of the city lights and is on a beautiful hillside. It's quiet and peaceful with easy access to downtown Los Gatos. Los Gatos is a quaint small town set in the hillside of the Santa Cruz Mtns. 30 min drive in either direction gets you to the heart of Silicon Valley or the coastline beaches of Santa Cruz. “This property is beautiful and the house is very unique and well equipped. There are lots of areas outside to gather and play or relax. We were 3 generations of our family from 2-78 and we all enjoyed it. More toys than I’ve ever seen at a rental. Mike was very quick to respond when we had questions. We saw many deer and wild turkeys. There were many things to do within half an hour and nearby grocery stores, but at the house it felt secluded and relaxing. The redwoods are incredible.”

“Nice family trip to the beach. The condo was spacious and the primary bedroom was fantastic. The other two bedrooms were small, but were still accommodating. The property is very well maintained. There’s paths to walk on for a nature walk and the beach has some hard sand that makes long walks on the beach very easy to do. There were 6 of us that went and there was plenty of space.
