My room was clean and very nice. Although you can tell it is an older property and probably needs some upgrades in general everything was nice. Also the gentleman who was working the desk was very polite and helpful.

I was stay there again.
The clerk allowed us to check in early. She was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that someone had recently smoked in our room and the odor lingered.

I had reserved a king bed and was put in a room with 2 fulls. The TV didn’t work and then there was a note on how to operate the TV like I did something wrong. I know how to turn a TV on. Then the smoke detector started going off and eventually it shut off. I went down that next morning and was told computer error and was stuck in the room. Apologized for tv and smoke alarm the system glitched. Nothing to accommodate the room I booked.

The air conditioner was really noisy, sounded like it was on it's last leg. Television screen had a verticle line in the middle of it, obviously screen going out. Breakfast from 6-9, we got there at 7:30, no eggs, 2 pieces of sausage, etc. Only for tables for 4 guests each ... for the entire hotel. Will never return to this one.

Breakfast
The breakfast was excellent! The usual menu of cereal, waffels etc. But they also had American fries, sausage and scrambled eggs. What impressed me was the sausage was not over cooked and the eggs were moist (most hotels they are rubbery and no flavor) best of them all!

Property was worn. Bathrooms are in need of work. Very outdated and maintained. Our bathtub had been painted and coating was peeling off. Reserved a king room and when we got to the hotel ended up with a two queen room. Supposedly because we had made a change. Staff said there was nothing they could, or would do. Will not be staying at any other Quality hotel.

The stay was one night and more than comfortable. Beds where surprisingly pretty comfortable. I do travel w my own pillow though.

We had a wonderful experience at your motel. The day person was a very sweet proficient employee. My only concern was the bathroom. It was very clean, but seriously needs updating. We found the motel to be very clean.

2 Problems. One I don't know if it is motel or expedia is the one charging my credit card the minute I made the reservation and the absolute no cancellation policy. I have never run into that before and I never will again cause I will never use Quality Inn or expedia again. Two All the web page said was they were pet friendly, with no mention of a $15 fee but they had that on my bill before I even walked in the door. They were just totally ignorant people. They and you already had my money but I left anyway. Expensive lesson I will remember for a long time.

Thanks for your feedback, sorry for the mis understanding on pet charge,though guest signed on pet policy form; if you see there was mentioned pet charge on web site.Second for king bed reservation hotel provided handocapped king regarding guest seems disable because there was king left only second stair. Two employees basu , yojahira and cc tv is the witness how the employee showed politeness .pet charge is refunded already on the same day . room charge is not refunded because guest used that room more than three three hours .

I checked out and later checked in to it. They offered me the same room. Amenities were about as good as the first night. Staff restocked items and cleaned the room. However, something was still stuck to the wall by the trash, and the pillows smelled like deodorant and sweat before my stay. It was a noisy night.

The exercise equipment enabled exercises that often aren’t offered elsewhere at properties of this price range. The breakfast included options that are typical of a continental breakfast. The wi-fi provided internet suitable for streaming. There were minor oversights of cleaning: something was pressed onto the wall by a trash bin, and toiletries from a previous stay were left in the bathroom.

Worth checking out
Hotel was convenient to our trip to Albuquerque without the hassle of traffic and congestion. The staff was very friendly and the room clean. Plenty of places to eat and shop within one mile. Will definitely stay again.
