Los Osos Pet-friendly Hotel

"Edgewater Inn is my favorite kind of value hotel. Though it is a bit dated, the hotel is always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the televisions have streaming services you can log into. It's also on the beach and walking distance to Pismo's pier and the shopping area, so we never have to drive. It is also very pet friendly. I recommend for anyone who enjoys value, proximity, and cleanliness of rooms!"

"Great, cozy “motel style” hotel in the heart of Morro Bay. Walkable to downtown, the beach, Embarcadero, etc. The property sent multiple texts during my stay checking in, offering maid service, and clearly explaining check out. They also offered light snacks at check in for those of us in town for Ironman. Would stay here again. "

"You get what you pay for. This is an affordable motel. At least we were in the bldg away from office, overlooking the pool. When we checked in there were men smoking and drinking outside on the landing. The room was updated as shown in photos. The sheets smelled of bleach, which was a positive. There were 2 things - hair in "clean" shower and appliance (a/c? Water heater?) that made an insanely loud noise when it turned on/off. "
