「We couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience. Actually it’s hard to call Casa Polanco a hotel; it’s more like a charming Hacienda. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are staying with close friends or family. Charming staff, excellent breakfast and lunch items, and an excellent array of beverages, including liquor, beer, and wine, all at no additional charge. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and clean. We will definitely return to Casa Polanco on our next trip to Mexico City.」

「I really loved this hotel! Perfect for walking to the parks, restaurants, and shops. It is beautiful inside and out with some very cool vibes and art. And make sure you go to the bottom floor for the game room and bar. My room was clean and the bottle of wine and not left for me was a nice touch. The staff from front office, doormen and cleaning were all friendly and helpful. I'll stay there again next time I'm in town!」
