「First holiday away since a heavy spine surgery. Staff were welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, kind. Recommendations to local attractions and explainibg how the taxi and bus system works (titsa app) allowing me to save money on travel and take the scenic routes. The hotel was incredibly secure ( as a woman, i felf very safe staying alone) and the outside and surrounding area is stunning, facilties are incredibly clean. 「What a total find. Saw this Hotel mentioned as one of 10 best places to stay on Tenerife. Absolutely lived up to that. Would say best place to stay. 「Brilliant hotel for families in a great location. Staff were lovely and helpful. Only downside was that the baby slides are for babies and the bigger slides should be for 4years + not 120cm! We only had one lifeguard refuse my 5 year old on our last day, the others allowed all kids on the slides otherwise the holiday would have been spoiled. Siam park allows 110cm for slides 5 times the size! Apart from that, great resort!」
