「The cabin was clean and well supplied. The marina was quiet in a very lovely area. Captain Billy and Mary were super friendly and couldn’t have been nicer. All in all it was a great experience and awesome place that we hope to get back to sometime.」

「This place is truly an oasis in a beautiful part of the world. The furnishings and kitchen are contemporary and beautifully chosen. The view of the Rappahannock River is magnificent and there's even an osprey nest with ospreys that use it. The bathroom is gorgeous too. The hosts are welcoming and you are greeted with wine, cheese and crackers. I wish we lived closer so that we could stay there more often. Nearby Urbanna is also a great place to eat, take a boat ride, and enjoy the quaint town. 」

「Was convenient to my job site and had all the necessary amenities. Arlene was a great, responsive host. 2 small issues- no ac/heat in bedroom, so it can get pretty hot in the summer Lots of moths and other flying bugs Other than that, great place to stay and well worth the price!」

We utilized the dock, fire pit and screened in porch every day of our stay. Good local restaurants, quick drive to wineries, breweries and other local attractions. We love The Roberts Rivah house.」

The property is stunning with a huge yard to play. The sunroom made for a wonderful spot to sit and watch a summertime thunderstorm while playing board games.
