「Wonderful cabin with all you could need. Fantastic location to many many attractions activities, especially if you enjoy history. Cabin is so cozy and the decorations are real enjoyable and every where you look is something you didn't see before. Host was terrific to work with and helpul. Resetve a visit you will not regret it.」

「Who knew one could find a rustic tiny log cabin about 10 miles from the bustle of busy Washington DC - but that is what you will find when staying in Tommy's cabin. The cabin sits off from and behind the main house surrounded by trees. The back of the cabin is tucked into the woods and from the back deck, I enjoyed sitting there, listening to the birds and watching them play in the creek that ran behind the cabin. I even saw a red fox trot through the woods as a sat on the deck reading a book....

「The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive. We will be staying again!!」

「We had an absolute amazing time at this cabin. Not only was it very clean but they used labels to help you find out which light switches turned on what and where things went so we could easily find/use whatever we needed in the cabin. There was only one dish towel but the other linens provided were fine. Only suggestion would be more dishtowels. The beds were comfortable, so was the couch! We loved our stay!」

「We visited this property on a girls/moms getaway weekend and had an amazing time. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfy as was the couch. We enjoyed the hot tub and the amazing views! The own recommended a nearby winery to visit with excellent wine and food. Would definitely visit again!」

「Nice, adequately furnished "old" house. It was within walking distance of downtown and several restaurants. Various sights to see and things to do in the area,including The Washington monument on the Appalachian trail and some Civil War sights.」

「Very clean property. We enjoyed the elevated deck and timed our trip for some great bird watching. Amazing westward views. Even got to see a thunderstorm roll in. Saw deer and fox in the backyard doing their thing. We had no trouble but the driveway is steep.」
