“One of the front desk staff had a snippy attitude. Plus the front entry was having some work done and we were not notified before hand and had to walk around the building in the rain to get to our car that was parked in front. ”

“Nice place to stay but no house house cleaner through out the two weeks stay but I still rate the hotel excellent ”

“Wonderful staff at front desk and bar/restaurant. Big clean room, big clean bathroom. Nice lobby. Great value. Next door to a Sheetz which is convenient. The only thing I’d change is the in-room coffee pot. Kept getting water all over the desk, but, a roll of paper towels is provided so it must be a regular issue LOL. Overall, a recommend. ”

“The hotel was gorgeous and staff were great, we loved our room. Hotel Burg has a beautiful bar and restaurant attached to it as well that we enjoyed. The staff went out of their way to make our experience memorable as my husband and I were celebrating getting married. ”
