“Everything was excellent but I would recommend putting up blinds or blackout curtains over the window. Since the unit is in the basement, you can see in the room from the sidewalk. Every time we walked by the window on the sidewalk, we could see in the unit, especially the bed and when it was dark outside and lights were on in the unit, it was an open book for individuals walking by. I understand the need for natural light with it being a basement unit, but privacy is more important. Other than……

“The building and unit are fantastic. We loved the location and access to town and campus. The restaurants and stores in the neighborhood are fun and eclectic.Bring you earplugs for the train it not bad at all.Also, Someone parked in our assigned spot in the lot two of the three nights we stayed.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay in Knoxville. This condo was welcoming and well appointed. The location was perfect for our UTK Football Homecoming Weekend. The communication was super timely. Using the Halo check-in process was straightforward. (Used Halo’s “outside” site for check-in.) Check-in was easy. The condo was just as pictured. A few of the electric blinds were not working, but the host let us know before check-in. Our group of 3 found this place to be very walkable. We parked on the street……
