Our ranch style home is located 9 miles from Churchill Downs and the beginning of the Urban Bourbon trail in downtown Louisville. A short drive from our home, going away from town, offers rolling fields of breath taking horse farms. We are located in a well established neighborhood with large lots, where the deer roam freely. You will find we are on a private cul de sac and the house offers a fireplace, a whirlpool bath tub, and a bricked in, beautifully landscaped court yard for privacy and grilling outdoors. In the nearby historic town of Prospect you will find great restaurants, Starbucks, groceries, dry cleaners and drug stores.
