Would not go back
Overall the property did not meet expectations based on photos or written descriptions. It would have been better in a 2-star hotel. The unit was filthy. Dust was caked on surfaces, counters were greasy, and the bathtubs didn't drain even hours after use. The kitchen was most disappointing for a multi-day stay. Not many plates were provided that weren't broken upon arrival, and there weren't enough sets of silverware for our 4-person party. There was no ice or ice maker in the building and no trash bags.
The neighborhood also did not feel safe at night. The suggested parking lot, and only close lot, had multiple break-ins on other cars during the stay. The short walk from the parking lot to the building isn't one to make by yourself.
Communication with the property management company was good with somewhat prompt to requests. Our anticipated unit was not available when we arrived, and it seems the unexpected switch meant no one even walked into the unit to make sure it was ready for guests.
Overall - would not recommend this place for the price
