不滿：設施服務和住宿狀況
I came to Louisville for a funeral. After the funeral I wanted to hangout with my nephews at a pool. I booked this place specifically for the pool. When I arrived at the hotel, the pool was shutdown. I stated my concerns to the front desk clerk and canceled this reservation. She assured me that I would not be charged. I booked another hotel with an open pool. I contacted Expedia. After over two weeks, the hotel refused to give me my money back.

When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast." Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on that side of the room.
