Beautiful brick historical home district, updated for today's busy travelers. 5 min's or less to everything you might possibly need: Downtown/Airport/UofL/Hospitals/NuLu/Highlands. Extremely quite, non-smoking/no pet home. Louisville has the beautiful water front with The Big Four Bridge that you can walk across into Indiana. It's beautifully lit at night. Home of bourbon tours, Churchill Downs horse racing (Kentucky Derby), Muhammad Ali museum, Slugger Bat museum, River Boat Cruises, 4th Street Live, and so many restaurants with great dining.

Rose is amazing! We travel for work and this is by far the best place we have stayed at all year.

Our son completed a summer internship for college and the accommodations were very acceptable for a college student. We choose this location mainly due to its proximity to his work, but it is very close to local hospital and downtown area. The property is very well furnished and has plenty of room for 1-2 people. The location is in the Historic part of Louisville however this area is little less desirable. The property is next to a church, and we noticed that other college students returning for fall classes lived on the same street. Security system monitored the property and was secure. Rose quickly addressed a issue with the apartment that developed. Again, for a short stay, we were very satisfied with the property and area.
