The living room is cozy, and the house boasts luxurious tiles and an updated kitchen, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The townhouse is situated on a golf course, right in the center of horse country, and is just minutes away from all that Shelbyville has to offer. With parking for two vehicles, this is the perfect place to call home.

Our townhouse offers the perfect blend of peaceful country living and city amenities. The neighborhood is quiet, the streets are tranquil, and the neighbors are friendly. Positioned conveniently on the green, it's an ideal location for golfers. Shelbyville is also famous for its Saddlebred horses and is situated perfectly between Louisville and Lexington, making it a prime destination for those traveling the Bourbon Trail.

The townhouse was set up very nicely. The entire home was very clean, and a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it as well as use it again myself if I have to come to Louisville again.
