Absolutely the best!
We absolutely loved our stay at the house! We were visiting Louisville for a basketball tournament. The house was just the right size for our family of four to stay. It had a clean, perfectly stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We loved the screened in porch in the back.
The area was quiet and convenient to the Kentucky Expo Center. We did not have time to walk the street, but I would have felt comfortable doing so.
The directions for getting into the house were clear and easy to follow.
Wesley was very prompt in returning messages when we needed some information.
We come to this basketball tournament every year, and we've stayed in several Air B&B's and hotels; this one was by far our favorite and we do plan on staying here again next year.

Ehhh…
Not what we were expecting. Backyard isn’t maintained well-couldn’t utilize it. Living room area doesn’t have comfortable seating. Pull out mattress is terrible & didn’t have linens. Lack of lighting & outlets. Fridge needed cleaning. Needs repair & new paint everywhere. My daughter opened a kitchen drawer & front of cabinets collapsed. The entire unit was very old, felt pieced together & not aesthetically pleasing. Luckily, we didn’t need to spend a lot of time there.
