First night the room was really small. Bed was a full. The next day the room smelled like complete urine and disgusting-ness. I arrived on a Saturday and was told I have to wait until Monday to speak to the manager. I could not breathe in my room. The window wouldn't even open enough to air out the disgusting smell. The front desk woman looked at me with no concern whatsoever. This is just a job for her. Don't let the pictures fool you. Every room smelled like someone died in it. This place isn't worth whatever amount they are trying to charge. And it's not like it's in the bad part of the neighborhood. On the outside it looks fine. But it is deceiving. No shower is long enough to rid my body of the horrible smell in this room. This building should be torn down. The city should have a serious look into this building. I'm sure it's not up to code, and I know there will be so many health violations. The general manager should take a walk in this building and be appalled that people are renting in these conditions. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I came here from Vegas and the room gave me a headache. I had to buy Bomb spray from the gas station to try and mask the smell while I'm here. STAY AWAY. I want my money back. If I wanted to smell urine and poop I would have slept on the streets with the homeless people. At least they're outside and have fresh air.

There was great amenities stove top, fridge/freezer full size,washer/dryers, vinyl floors. Pet friendly everyone stays to themselves . Definitely felt safe and they allowed me to change out my bed linens and towels after 3 days which is their policy you have to stay three days before changing them unless you request housekeeping. Overall would stay here again. We extended our stay a week after staying a week.

Clean and tidy!
We arrived at the hotel at 1:45 am. Just before the check in cutoff! I didn't recall seeing a check in cutoff so that might be better publicized. The hotel is VERY clean! We were exhausted when we arrived after a full day of driving so it was nice to have a clean place to crash! It was also very quiet given it is so close to the highway.

Nice stay for the money
The customer service was the best! The rooms are very clean and have up to date beds and decor. The air conditioner didn’t work as well as I would have liked, and the noise level is bad due to being next to a busy interstate.

There was drug dealing going on in there there was a guy that OD'd and also they don't clean their dryers and when I checked in I had to spend two hours cleaning my room because the floors were filthy dirty and so was the room

Deborah; The laundry facilitiy is run by a third party contractor. The hotel is not responsible for the equipment or the maintance of said equipment . The washers and dryers have clear phone on the to call in case of such problems. We are sorry you experianced this problem. The housekeeping staff has been made aware of the issue with your room. We can and will work on doing better. If you saw suspicious activities, you were more than welcome to notify the safties and or the front desk. DO NOT stay here. While this property is in a great location and in a good area of town, the property itself leaves much to be desired. The entire place smells of marijuana and security is absymal. I came back to my room late and the back door was held open by a rock. Didn't realize my key didn't work until i got to my room. The office isn't staffed full time and they charge you for every after hours problem you bring to their attention. I stayed 2 nights and they refused to refund my prepaid reservation even though i didnt feel safe with my 2 month old infant.

Although it was under $100, the room was dirty. Clipped toenails all around the bed and after walking on the floors for 10 minutes, had to wash my feet with soap and water, they were so black and dirty. Also I found it weird all management leaves at 4pm and let’s guests in hotel fend for themselves.

In regards to the office closing, it is standard operating procedure for an extended stay hotel. You get what you pay for!
The hotel was clean, and the front desk staff member was pleasant and helpful. I had trouble getting the internet to work, and the front desk gentleman would not stop looking for solutions until he figured it out. I was extremely grateful. I am always attentive to my surroundings, and I noticed from several conservations suggested that several families lived there as in “this is it”, and not so much in extended stay for work or personal visit. I also notice three separate individuals walking new puppies, which also suggested that they lived there. Most people passing through travel with mature pets. And I noticed a couple of men doing maintenance on their vehicle out in the parking lot. My hotel room was clean but had an overpowering smell of Cannabis. I notified the front desk of the smell as to not be charged for smoking in the room. Another thing I found was unusual. The front desk is shut late in the afternoon until the next morning. There is no physical person at the front desk. If you need assistance, you must dial an extension. I wanted to leave as soon as I could first thing in the morning, so I forgot to report that the bathtub was clogged. I emptied it after my shower, and I cleaned it myself before leaving. I really wanted to leave.

Not at all expected
This is a bare bones hotel, basic as you can get. Foul smoke odors coming from other rooms. We didn’t feel safe, we checked out the next day. It was suppose to be a three night stay.

Third party reservations are risky, as they tend to over book hotels. Which, it appears, happened here. I have spoken to our front desk clerk . Nothing promised on their website was available. We ask for an extra towel and was told we would have to bring the dirty one down first. We asked for a couple of hand towels and were told they don’t have any. We will never stay at any place like this again.
