「Enjoyed our stay wish there were more eating places to chose from closer or others stay open later. 」

「I only have one small complaint about our stay at Dancing Bear Lodge - the mattress needs replacing (it felt like falling in a hole). Everything else was wonderful - clean, comfortable, welcoming, attractive. Loved welcome basket and lots of towels. Setting is lovely and nice comp'd breakfast at Apple Valley Cafe. Would gladly stay here again.」

「A great house on the quieter side of the the smoky mountains park area. Plenty of space for 12 (6 adults + 6 kids). The host was close by and offered good suggestions.」

「We spent a few days at Smoky Waters Lodge over spring break and had a GREAT visit! the cabin is exactly as presented in the listing. Everything was clean, organized, and no extra clutter in the house! It felt like a little retreat in the midst of the mountains. The cabin is only about a 15-20 minute drive from all of the events and activities you may want to do in the area. The distance was enough to let you feel like you were away from it all, but close enough to enjoy the things that you may...

「Really really nice property. Only issue we had was the next guest renting the property showed up around 9:30 while we were cleaning up and our check out time was 10. It was a bit weird and inconvenient but apparently they booked the unit to set up for an event from 10-11. I think that’s a bit close with our time being 10 to check out. Otherwise, the property was beautiful! No issues at all. 」

「I can see why they will not refund your money. The rooms are very small and the floors creak terrible. They even know this by the sign walking in asking you to walk softly. Walls are paper thin and you can hear others talking. I feel like my money was stolen. From the conversation I heard from other guests while looking at the room we are not the only ones disappointed with the room. I might be wasting my time writing all this since Heather from the property management was deaf to any complaints...
