Villa is looking tired

Villa was a nice size No access via the front door, only through a side patio door. Villa is looking worn and tired, water stains in the toilets, yellowing in the fridge, what looks to be bedroom drawer units in the kitchen. no path to access villa from parking area which means that when the sprinklers go off you are always walking through wet grass to get to the villa. Pools looking tired with lots of missing tiles. Description should say that it is very rural, the road does not really even appear on maps, we had to walk all the way to the main road to be able to get taxi's. For a villa that sleeps 10 one set of keys is not enough Towles & Linen poor quality

Desilusão na casa mas muito boa comunicação com a agência

Espaço exterior, comunicação com a agência e agilização de melhorar a nossa estadia Quadro da luz para não estar sempre a falhar, limpeza das piscinas para não estar cheias de verdete. Melhorar muito a LIMPEZA, bem como sofás exteriores não estão em condições. Desinfestação de formigas, imensas, até nas cabeceiras das camas!! Melhorar acabamentos em termos de ar condicionados porque muitos estavam avariados, bem como janelas partidas. Frigorífico velho improvisado. Segurança da casa.
