• There is a device in the bedroom that monitors noise levels to ensure the well-being of neighbours.



Non-compliance with the following rules may result in an additional charge:

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

• Smoking inside the property.

• Presence of guests not included in the booking.

• Parties, excessive noise or violation of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

• Security call due to excessive noise, removal or attempted manipulation of the decibel meter.

• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

• Non-compliance with checkout time, which is 10:00 by default.

• An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

• Key left in the lock.

• Use of glass objects in the pool, where applicable.



The services provided on arrival are not replenished during your stay. Access to the house is conditional on completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.
