「I stayed at Barefoot Contessa in mid-June 2025. I was holidaying as a solo traveller which I have only done a few times before and so was very anxious leading up to the trip. 「One of the best hotels in Greece. Ultimate privacy, rooms and Villas disappear in the lush greenery, beach is a nice walk (3min) away and well served, staff is incredible and food is amazing. Adults only and attracts a rather quiet crowd of people 」

「It is rare to find a hotel where the facility is maintained in excellent shape and the staff is as friendly and helpful as in this hotel. they truly went out of their way (with no exceptions) to make us feel welcome and comfortable. 」

「This is a great property, well cared for and run. The pool was clean and the kids loved their time here. Highly recommend. Only suggestion would be to make the kitchen utensils etc a little better stocked. Five stars all around - really good value. 」

「Be careful of this place! Hidden fees and dishonest business. 1. Was given the key to a hot stuffy room with no way to turn on the AC unit. Was then told that I needed to pay extra per day to access it. - I dont care about the money, but hate being extorted for an ammentity that should be included. - They updated their ad only after I brought up that it was not mentioned anywhere. - After paying this extortion fee..turns out that its the weakest AC in all of Greece.
