Eclectic Coziness

We loved staying at the Harrison Hollow. The decor is comfortable,eclectic and fun. There were many memories made as we were able to have our Ft Collins family over for meals and games. We watched basketball all cozied up in the many sweet blankets provided. The location was great for east walks along the lakefront. We will come again!

Exceptional property

The house was large enough to accommodate my family and the amenities were amazing. The location is close to shopping and recreation locations making it ideal for convenience and cost. Highly recommend the property and would book again.

Softball trip out west

The house was older and had been added on. In a quiet neighborhood that we loved. Basement with 2 bedrooms, laundry, den and bath. Musty smell but we understood. We had plenty of room and location was very convenient. Communication with property owner/manager was great. Will stay here again if ever in this location.

My grandchildren wants to rent this home everytime we visit Colorado..

I like that I was able to be in communication with the owner. My daughter and grandchildren love the layout of the home and wants to rent only this house everytime we visit Colorado.

Cute house!

My family and I stayed here (6 total with 3 adults) and we had plenty of room. Everything was very clean and beautiful. There were a couple things: the basement shower head is low, so not ideal for adults. Also, I saw two spiders. Not a fan of spiders, but we WERE in the basement. Overall a great place to stay!!!

Northern Colorado golf trip

Excellent overall experience. Only suggestion would be to create some shelving or a table in the downstairs bathroom so there's a place to set toiletries and accessories. There's only a pedestal sink and no place to put anything. A possibility would be a small table against the wall between the shower and towel rack. Other than that we found the home to be very accommodating and in a convenient location. Would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

Very nice, but need better beds

This was everything as advertised. It's a cute little place with a surprising amount of space. We had 7 people and were able to spread out as needed. Our only complaint was that the mattresses in the two bedrooms upstairs need replaced. We were sore after the first night sleeping on them and by the third need we were ready to be done. Otherwise, we would definitely recommend it.

Great place for a family getaway!

My husband and I and three of our adult children stayed here for several days. We were a little nervous to rent the house because it is run by a management company (Urbanize) and we were concerned that it might be a bit impersonal but that was definitely not the case! All of the people we communicated with were so friendly and incredibly responsive. We had a few VERY small issues that were immediately responded to. The house itself was wonderful. It was very comfortable and decorated in such a fun way. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed. There was a ton of space for all of us to spread out and to have some individual work spaces during the week. The location was perfect with easy access to restaurants, walking and running options, and all the amenities we needed. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks to all the team members at Urbanize for making it a great stay!

Guys weekend

The property was perfect for what we needed. Close to good food and activities. Plenty of space in the house what I liked was one TV that we didn’t use and we were able to catch up without interruption. Very clean and easy to check in.

Stay in loveland.

Lots of friendly people in the neighborhood and took the grandchildren to the park every day. Took the family to Benson sculpture park and hiking in the mountains.

Cute house in central Loveland

This property was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had tons of space for 8 people. Lovely, central location in Loveland in a nice neighborhood. The porch was also a bonus.
