"I stayed here a few years ago and I remembered much better. This time, it was a little dirty- hallway carpets and eleveator, especially. The room was okay, except the tv is heavily controlled. I wasn't even allowed to change the volume of the tv. And the only thing else negative I would share, it appears that this hotel definitely views patrons who book through 3rd party sites differently. Hefty deposits. Gave my sister-in-law a room with only one bed and a nasty stained couch foldout when she booked a two queen. She arrived later in the evening and they didn't seem to care bc "she booked through 3rd party". Breakfast was okay. Bed was fine. Shower was good. Location was awesome. "

"Views were amazing being on the top floor of the mountains. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very delicious with different options for our children. Was very nice to have a room with kitchen and table for our two little boys. Also we took our two small dogs with us and the staff was very friendly. Our dogs enjoyed the area and dine very well in the room with no issues. Thank you"

"Reserved an east view room, but was given a west view on the third floor. It was a very windy night and the bathroom fan flap made noise ALL NIGHT LONG, making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was not very good with your typical options. "
