The open kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The apartment comes with a shower/WC, electric heating (extra cost), a terrace measuring 28 square meters that is partly roofed with terrace furniture, and a marvelous panoramic view of the sea. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet. There is a reserved parking spot for 1 car at the house.
