"Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back."

"I stayed with a group of 6 girlfriends for a very low-key bachelorette weekend. The house was absolutely perfect - we got some great beach/dock time in when it was sunny, and when it rained, we played games on the huge second floor screened in porch. House was pristine and adorable. We didn’t get to use the boats, but they were there if we wanted them. Highly recommend this house for small to medium group get togethers!"
