"The room was big. We had a Turkish bath in it. The bathroom was big. Everything was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and varied with plenty of food. Parking was right outside the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel , especially if you are going to Ephesus. It’s like 7 minutes away. Restaurants are a 5 minute drive away. Hasan who works there, I believe a manager, was very helpful. We were leaving for Ephesus before breakfast and he made sure breakfast was available before we left. Hotel was really special. "

"The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, there was plenty of bread, jellies, fresh fruit and veggies and cheese. I was able to park my rent a car in the front of the hotel. Walking distance to many local restaurants, only a few miles from Pamukca beach where you could picnic on the sand."

"The hotel is designed and run by the owners , a most beautiful welcoming stay. It feels like a home with coffee tea and cakes available throughout the day, sitting by the poolside enjoying a cup of tea was delightful. The room is tastefully furnished with all amenities to meet daily needs. Breakfast has a good spread of fresh olives , tomatoes , greens , cold cuts , breads and pastries and eggs cooked to order. Location is very good , near the museum and restaurants . Will stay again in Akanthus hotel if I return to Ephesus . "

"The location and quality of the hotel is great. Breakfast was fresh and delightful. The real differentiator are the owners, Serhat and his wife! I’m sure they have had to “explain” the area and what to do 100’s of times, however they made us feel like we were special visitors .....{;-) "
