“The staff was very nice.especially the young lady in the restaurant was very pleasant, friendly and courteous. Unfortunately the rooms were not spotless! Attention was not given to detailed cleaning. The bathroom walls had stains and hair stuck . The bed was much too low and therefore made it very difficult to get in and out of bed.. the decor was pleasant.”

“This is my second time and last time staying here. Simple things make the difference. Two tv’s and one remote. Why? Shouldn’t have to share remotes between rooms. Also, climate control for the room is controlled by the computer at the reception desk. Again, why? Each room has its own climate control remote on the wall of each room. Power is on and shows all symbols and changes, but doesn’t work. You have to call the front desk for them to control it from their computer. This is……

“Hotel was nice but definitely a hotel for dental tourism the dentists use hotel for their patients. The staff are very nice except the manager who was miserable and considering mainly English stay there cannot speak English so very difficult to talk to her without interpreter. They put me up first night in hotel next door which was awful as there was a flood they shouid put you up in hotel of same quality this was a hotel I would never have paid to stay in by the time I got my room next day they……

“The pool was not in use during our visit but was being made ready. The staff are very friendly, most with good English. The liase lady called Seda was great, nothing was too much for her. The hotel does have it's own restaurant but there are plenty of fine restaurants nearby, our favourite was Adanadayim just on the corner. Great fresh grilled food. The hotel also has 24/7 bar and a spar covering hair, nails, massage and Turkish bath etc.”
