「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「The hotel itself was great, but the post-checkout experience has been incredibly frustrating. I was told my final receipt would be emailed shortly after departure, but I never received it. The next day, an unexplained charge appeared on my credit card, which had been on file for incidentals. I have tried calling the hotel multiple times with no response. I also attempted to use their iMessage customer service chat, but my messages kept failing and yielded no help. I still have not received a...

「2 of the hot tubs did not work properly. The location was good but there was not shuttle service to take you up and down the main street. You are on your own. The restaurant and bar staff was nice and pleasant. The front desk staff were very nice but so new they did not have a lot of information to help us. We really enjoyed a property a year ago that has a shuttle to call and were very helpful. I was surprised at a premium property on the strip would have not been more helpful.」
