“Biggest downfall was the elevators out of order and not fixed on the day they said would be fixed, my elderly friend didn't leave much because of that issue and they could only get another room for us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor which required 4 flights of stairs; the balcony furniture was torn in many places; the pull-out couch was uncomfortable; neighbors beside us smoke marijuana a lot and it filled our room with the smell; suggest to have a written paper of what all is offered rather……

“We chose this condo for our 4 night stay in Key West for its relative proximity to the activities we'd be doing and for being a bit removed from the Duval Street busyness. Pre-arrival communication was fantastic, with Kim and Jennifer providing us all the information we needed. The unit is on the third of four floors and at the end furthest from traffic of the four units on the floor. Check in was seamless, with our door code provided before we arrived. “We would have loved to stay in a beautiful guest house in Key West, but settled on this nice 3rd floor condo at a more affordable price near the airport. There were four of us for 2 nights. The kitchen had new appliances and countertops, and there was a new washer/dryer. The balcony was lovely, with table and chairs. The primary suite was spacious, but the second bedroom was cramped, and the mattress was too soft for us. The bathroom for the second bedroom had some issues that could be easily……
