“Communication with our host was great and self check-in allowed us to check-in when we got to the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the house felt very homely and catered to all our needs during our stay. The beds were comfortable with the electric blankets providing added warmth and comfort after outings. ”

“Perfect little unit for a couple nights stay, great location, only a couple minutes walk to Papamoa Plaza and local brewery "The Island" which is great for families with kids! Amazing pizza too :) Came in winter so didn't get to check out the beach but it was in walking distance too. Unit was well equipped and clean. Easy check in and check out. Thanks Matt for a lovely stay :)”

“We loved the space available in this home - plenty of space to spread out and not get in each way. We had a great time doing lots of activities and coming back to the house to relax was great. It was the middle of winter but I still managed to have some quiet time outside sitting by the Lake. Lovely house, great location.”

“The property is presented beautifully and well furnished, plenty of space in the garden for the kids to run around and being directly across from the beach was great. Also having the two spaces for watching tv meant we could all find our own space for some quiet time. ”
