“The toilet was running incessantly throughout the night and despite our complaints, it was never fixed, nor were we given any significant concessions to our room”

“Good ”

“First of all, the staff, especially Janelle was super helpful and accommodating. We requested a crib, and they also furnished us with a highchair too, without even asking. Because of the suite style rooms, its great for families. It was a beautifully renovated Art Deco building in a great area. I highly recommend this hotel.”
