The hosts are exceptionally thoughtful, leaving clear instructions on how to use / where to find items, and a welcome guide with information on local attractions and restaurants. I loved the attention to detail, such as placing nightlights in the bathrooms and beach chairs. The balcony is not large, but comfortably seats two people and offers an expansive view of the ocean. Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo

"When we checked in the staff said they were just finishing mopping the floor, but when we got in the room there were crumbs in bedroom and living room, the couch and chairs were full of food, hair ties in the bathroom. Laundry was in the room, but the dryer didn't work. The quality of our furniture, cupboards, bathrooms was nothing like in any picture. The beach was not cleaned. You had to bring your own tennis rackets to play. A resort fee should not be charged."

"We stayed in the green cottage (didn't take photos of inside). Location is fabulous and sunrises are beautiful. Room was clean upon arrival. However, it did not look as nice as the website. Bathroom was very small. Little counter top space and no tub (we didn't care about that). Bedroom smaller too. We stayed four nights and elected to not have our room cleaned on one day. However, it was not cleaned on the other days even though staff said it was on the list. The Tiki Bar does not serve alcohol. We had to order our drinks at the sister resort, Amara Cay and have them delivered. Not sure if we missed that on the website, but definitely disappointed. Enjoyed drinks and apps at the Amara Cay Tiki Bar."
