This unit is in a perfect location, you get to see everything. Planes landing, the ocean and golf course views!Everything was absolutely perfect for a much needed getaway. If you have a student at ACU the location is perfect! Will stay again!

New apartments in front of the beach.

Excellent location. Close to a great beach, restaurants, market and car rental. Apartments are brand new. Very comfortable, complete kitchen. Have their own parking with gate. I really recommend this place to stay. It would be great to have a couple of beach chairs. If you go a short time you don't have to rent chairs for the whole day.

Fabulous accommodations.

The apartment was perfect. It was clean, well stocked with everything that I needed, and the service was perfect. The building was very well maintained and clean. The security was very polite and attentive. The view was spectacular. The manager, Mike, was extremely accommodating and welcoming. I look forward to my return.

I totally enjoyed the ambiance of the room with the sunlight coming in at all angles, I love that bright environment, the spaciousness of each room, the kitchen being fully equipped, along with the washer and dryer and the 2 sinks in the bathroom, that was perfect btw. The bed was so nice and soft and the AC positioned over it was perfect. It was definitely a comfortable, welcoming and enjoyable experience. I felt very safe with the gate and security provided on the premises, and that is what I actually prefer. It was also very convenient that the hotel is situated near to the airport, the beach, the casinos and the restaurants. That was a plus for us and we have already started to recommend your hotel to family and friends. We enjoyed our first visit so much to St Maarten and staying by you that we are thinking on coming back before the end of the year, possibly in August, Just needs a TV also in the bedroom but that's minor things, cause at the end of the day the bedroom is for sleeping lol. In terms of improvement nothing needs to be done, the room and hotel is perfect.

Awesome affordable rental in great location.

This place was amazing and I knew that going there because I seen a few TikTok‘s but to see it in person was really jaw dropping. very much affordable. The deposit is high but if you clean and don’t break nothing you’ll get it back so that’s no worries. I already have plans to come back and stay there. Staff was wonderful shout out to Andre great hospitality. It’s gated security is great. The place is clean and of course the pool and views are amazing. Great place if you want to travel solo or you don’t wanna do too much and have everything right there, there’s food up the hill and down the hill. Beach restaurant in walking distance. a great location. Earlier check in time.
