As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This villa has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. An additional Property Fee of $65 + 10% VAT is due upon arrival. Payment accepted via Mastercard, Visa, or bank transfer.

House Rules:

1. No party and loud music are allowed on the property. Please respect the quiet zone from 11 pm to 8 am. If caught hosting a party or security is called to the property, a penalty fee of $1,000 will be charged immediately. The penalty has to be paid before check-out time.
2. No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the property.
3. No eating or drinking on the fabrics/linens.
4. No pets are allowed on the property.
5. Dispose of garbage daily to prevent ants and roach infestation.
6. Do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet.
7. Avoid using glassware in or around the pool area.
8. Turn off any electronics, lights and ac units when not in use. Ensure doors are closed when ac unit is in use.
9. Minimize water usage.
10. House inventory is not allowed to leave the property at any given time.
11. No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, gas, water or internet. Outages are a scarcity.
12. The maximum capacity per unit is 6 guests any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee. Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with the house rules.
13. Emergency access to the property will be granted in any situation where an event is causing damage and will continue to cause damage if not dealt with immediately after 3x attempts of contact.
