“Excellent stay here! We paid the extra couple thousand kip for a riverfront view and it was totally worth it, what a view over the Nam Khan from our little patio. The staff was friendly and helpful. Located in a really great part of the city, a little off the main strip, but very close to everything, easy to walk everywhere. It’s an old building so there are some quirks, bathroom was quite small by western standards, but all is in working order and is pretty much par for the course as far as SE……

“I really like how the huge traditional style house looked but also had beautiful modern rooms with amazing bathroom and air conditioning . The bed is super comfortable and i slept great.”

“Good Price, only a 5/10 minute quick walk to the center and night market, 2 minute walk to the river front. Fan & hot shower, comfortable bed. Fairly basic but does job, good value for money.”

“It’s alright for a guesthouse. The rooms are decently clean, and the staff are friendly. A simple breakfast is provided, which is a nice touch. The only issue I had was a rooster that lives on the property and started crowing nonstop under my window from 5:30 AM, making it hard to go back to sleep. I mentioned it to the staff and was given another room on the opposite side of the building, which was much quieter.”

“We loved our stay. The location is so cute, and close to town center with night markets and temples(with the monk giving ceremony). The staff here is amazing, we were treated with so much kindness. We booked activities through them and rides and they had lots of information. The breakfast was light but also very yummy. The rooms are not very sound proof, you can sometimes hear other people walking above. But We loved staying here. Highly recommend”
