"I had an issue with our mini fridge in our suite the staff was very friendly and helpful
We stayed again on the way back on our roadtrip befor arrival the staff called me and apologized again said we were being upgraded to a bigger suite and was also given a discount when we checked in!! "

"Love this hotel! I stay here every time we come to Lubbock, for the last 6 yrs. I like that the rooms are so spacious, especially the suites. High ceilings, lots of open space. Best rooms I've seen for a very inexpensive price. Breakfast is advertised as continental, but offers way more than most continental (muffin assortment). This offered waffles, eggs, and biscuit w gravy. "
"This rental was perfect for our stay. We had three couples & each had their own room/bathroom suite. I went to bed early, and the hang out area being downstairs was perfect for sound separation. We will definitely be staying here again."
