“We have stayed here several times. This was our first for this fall season. We were on the 2nd floor. There was a huge bag of trash at the top of the steps on Friday afternoon and it was still there at checkout on Sunday. I reported it on sat. It was smelling bad. The carpet was dirty. “When we got there after my husband’s eye surgery, the room smelled pretty musty and then we found the bedding had not been changed on either bed. I took pictures and showed the staff at the front desk and they asked what we want them to do. Really? I asked if we can get the bedding changed on at least 1 bed so we can sleep. “Had a great overall experience; however, our water pressure in the shower in our room was terrible. I asked other people if their rooms had the same issue and they said no, so I guess it is an issue solely with this room. Just thought I'd mention so you can pass along to hotel management. Also, they need to fix the elevator door. It seems broken and about to come off its track.
Thank you,
Jason”
