“I had a very disappointing experience with this booking through Expedia. Due to a simple date entry mistake, the reservation was made for June 19–20 instead of July 19–20. The error was discovered shortly after payment was processed, and I immediately attempted to correct it well before any actual travel date. Despite contacting both Expedia and the hotel right away, the hotel refused any adjustment or exception and repeatedly cited “policy,” even though this was clearly not a cancellation but……
