Great house close to campus
We stayed for a short weekend and it was great. Close enough to walk to the game, very close to Broadway, and close to campus. Will definitely be renting again.

Lubbock Graduation STay
We were in Lubbock to celebrate our son's graduation from Texas Tech. This house is very conveniently located to everything. The host was easily accessible and friendly and helpful. The home was exactly as pictured. It is decorated very nicely and it was perfectly roomy for the 5 of us. We would stay here again if a stay in Lubbock became necessary!

Lovely place for a visit to Texas Tech
Lovely place. Bedrooms are well decorated and comfortable. Large sectional was great for movie watching in the evening. It worked well for our trip for TTU Graduation. There is not a dining area, so we brought a folding table and camping chairs and spent most of the time outside as the weather was beautiful! If you do not plan on cooking, this is a great place! Super close to campus.

Very Accommodating house
We had a great time this weekend. Did a college tour with teenagers, went to the game, and enjoyed the house. Communication was great and we were super grateful for early check in!

Football game weekend
This is the second time that we've stayed here at this house and it won't be the last. Such a great little house with perfect location and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the stadium. This house has everything that you need. The management team even made sure that the grill was clean with a full propane tank and ready to go. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We'll be back again!!

Super Extended College Visit
My husband son and myself had a 4 day weekend so we decided to visit our daughter at Texas Tech. Our daughter arrived at the house before we did and she had trouble with opening the door. The property manager was there in less than 5 minutes to help. The home has been updated and looks as good as the pictures. The beds were all very comfortable. Some of my daughters friends came to stay one night and we were able to cook and enjoy dinner. My daughters friends stayed the night and that was the first night of the terrible freeze in Texas! We all could not leave due to dangerous roads. The property manager was super responsive and worked with us to extend our stay until we could travel back home. Highly recommend: great location to Texas Tech and super responsive!

Close to TTU
This is a good house for visiting your student at TTU. However, plan on eating out. Very little cooking utensils. No dishwasher. Only two chairs to eat meals at, small table that accompanies this. Lots of road and neighborhood noise. Just off Q street which is marginal. Home was clean, beds were comfortable and owner was responsive. We like to cook and eat in, so this was a challenge. Otherwise, nice place to stay. Bring earplugs!

Graduation Weekend
Rented this property a year in advance. Very helpful responsive owners. Have a large supportive family who all wanted to be at graduation unfortunately unable to know for certain who can go a year in advance. Rented 4 bedroom home hoping it was enough. 4 th bedroom has bunk and air mattress okay probably for kids. Kitchen small but got the job done! Nice gas grill! Cooked our own graduation meal and it was great! Lots of towels and kitchen needs all met! Bought a dish drying rack and left for future guests. Great location near churches and school. Convenient location. TV in 3 bedrooms. All in all a good rental. Thank you for sharing. Recommend for anyone.

Great Family Rental!
This home was super clean and spacious for our weekend at Tech. The bedrooms were generously sized and the playroom area was an awesome bonus for our little ones. The owner of the property, Robert, was great and willing to help with any issues that arose. We will definitely visit this home again!

Great Location
House was very clean and AC worked well in 105 degree heat. As stated before a few homeless people in the area do to a church feeding them but we had no issues. They actually were very friendly. Will stay there again.

Don't judge a book by it's cover
The curb appeal is a little uncertain until you go inside. The pictures are exactly as it is. This circa 60's? home has been beautifully renovated with lovely furnishings and decor. Everything functioned and worked as expected. Location is perfect for campus, shopping and restaurants. My only comment is to refresh the kitchen utensils and dishes. Very limited and mismatched. My recommendation is to scrap it all and go to Walmart and buy a $25 set of dishes and new cutlery.

Very nice property overall. Easy to work with owner as well.
Nice home. Excellent bedrooms and updated bathrooms. Living area is great. Kitchen could use a dishwaser and updated cabinets.
