Gut ausgeruht in individueller Wohnung

Pros: Ruhige aber zentrale Lage. Sehr sauber. Wohnung individuell eingerichtet. Sehr nette Vermieterin Cons: Das zweite Schlafzimmer befand sich außerhalb der eigentlichen Wohnung. Lag wohl am Altbau, der natürlich auch enge Treppen hat was für das Kofferhochtragen nicht so schön ist.

Pros: Wir wurden von Frau Schneider sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist erstklassig. Bis zum Strand waren es knapp 15 Minuten Fußweg, bis zur Trave keine 5 Minuten. Der Ausblick ist super. Man kann die ein- und ausfahrenden Schiffe beobachten. Frau Neun war sehr freundlich und um unser Wohl bemüht. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Pros: Wir waren mit 4 Personen ( 2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager und 1 Kind) + kleinem Hund da. Der Teenager hatte ein eigenes Zimmer und das Kind hat auf einer Schlafcouch geschlafen. Auf einem zusätzlichem Sofa konnten wir Abends sitzen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist an alles gedacht worden: Vom Dosenöffner über das Nudelsieb und andere Utensilien, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher bis hin zum Geschirrspüler in der Küche ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen. Sogar an eine kleine 1. Hilfe- Box mit Pflastern etc. wurde gedacht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und es war kein Problem, dass der Hund dabei war. Im Vorfeld gab es guten Emailkontakt, in dem alle Fragen schnell beantwortet wurden. Die Lage war perfekt- nah am Hafen, als auch in Strandnähe und Bahnhofsnah. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Bei einem längerem Aufenthalt als 1 Woche würden wir mit 4 Personen evtl. jedoch eine der größeren Wohnungen im Haus Übersee wählen. Top zu empfehlen!!!
